We maintain a 3S centre:
Sales & Customer Service - Customers can call us for information about the product, technical issues and operational issues related to the robot vacuum.
Spare Parts for replacement - All IROVA models spare parts are available on our website. Customers can browse and make purchases online. Purchases will be sent by courier in a safely packed package and normally takes within 2 - 4 days time.
Servicing of Robot Vacuum - Our trained technicians are available to perform any repairs or warranty on location. In the event that repairs cannot be performed immediately, bring your product original box along and we can ship it back to you once it is completed for a small shipping fee.
How to claim for Warranty Repairs :
1. Call our friendly & helpful customer service personnal and describe the problem you are facing.
2. We will guide you on the parts & accessories that is required to return for checking.
3. Fill up the Service Repair Form <--(Click) and place it inside the parcel for identification.
4. Choose any courier of your convenience and send the parcel to:

5. You may also walk-in to (Mon-Fri Excl Public Holidays, 9am to 6pm):
6. It will take an estimated of 7 - 10 working days for us to check, repair & run a full test.
7. Parcel return to customer. (All parcels can be either self collected or a fix fee of RM10-15 will be imposed for return shipping)
